The present invention provides a method for producing a rutin-containing extract from Asimina triloba leaves, which comprises a step for adding 10 to 50 parts by weight of purified water containing 0 to 75% ethanol as an extraction solvent based on 1 part by weight of dried leaf pulverized material of the Asimina triloba, and performing ultrasonic extraction or reflux cooling extraction.
