PURPOSE: A production method of a Dendropanax morbifera LEV extract is provided to obtain a unique pharmacological function of Dendropanax morbifera LEV without damaging nutrients. CONSTITUTION: Raw materials of Dendropanax morbifera LEV are washed with water to remove soil, dust, and foreign substances (S11). The washed raw materials which are fully grown Dendropanax morbifera LEV are pulverized into 0.05-3 cm (S12). The pulverized raw materials are dipped in a mixture of vinegar, saccharide, and water (S13,S14). The mixture is removed from the raw materials (S15). The raw materials are inserted into an earthenware jar with water until the materials are fully submerged, and are fermented at 15-25°；C for 7-10 days (S16). The fermented materials are low-temperature extracted at 55-65°；C (S17). The obtained extract is low-temperature concentrated at 60-70°；C (S18). The concentrate is packaged (S19).
