PURPOSE: A method for extracting oleanolic acid and ursolic acid derived from Eriobotrya japonica leaves by supercritical extraction is provided to extract oleanolic acid and ursolic acid with high efficiency. CONSTITUTION: A method for extracting oleanolic acid and ursolic acid from Eriobotrya japonica leaves comprises: a step of drying Eriobotrya japonica leaves by cold wind； a step of pulverizing the dried Eriobotrya japonica leaves at a particle size of 0.2-2 mm； and a step of extracting the pulverized Eriobotrya japonica leaves at 40-50 deg.C. and 150-250 bar using supercritical carbon dioxide.본 발명은 초임계 추출을 이용한 비파엽 유래 올레아놀산 및 우르솔산의 추출 방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비파엽을 냉풍 건조한 후 상기 비파엽 건조물을 0.2 ㎜ 내지 2 ㎜의 입자 크기로 분쇄한 다음 40 내지 50 ℃의 온도 및 150 내지 350 bar의 압력 하에서, 특히 0.5 ㎜의 입자 크기, 40 ℃의 온도 및 150 bar의 압력 하에서 초임계 이산화탄소로 초임계 추출함으로써 비파엽으로부터 특히 올레아놀산 및 우르솔산을 고효율로 추출하는 방법에 관한 것이다.
