The present invention relates to a coffee bean roasting apparatus which creates unique flavors and aroma of coffee through a roasting operation of heating and roasting green coffee beans, efficiently enhances the green coffee bean heating efficiency, and enables a smooth roasting operation. According to the present invention, the coffee bean roasting apparatus includes: a roasting unit (100) which supplies green coffee beans to a drum (130) through a hopper (120) and rotates the drum (130) while heating the green coffee beans supplied thereto for executing a roasting operation； a body unit (200) supporting the roasting unit (100)； and a mechanical chamber (300) providing a rotational driving force to the drum (130) by transmitting the power to the drum (130) from a motor. The roasting unit (100) has a discharging unit (400) which has an inlet path (114) connected to the inner space of the drum (130) therein. The discharging unit (400) includes: an induction tube (410) which is connected to the outlets (115) of the inlet path (114) through a single flow path； a damper member (420) which is coupled to the outlet (115) to freely adjust the opening and closing area； and a pump (430) connected to the induction tube (410) to forcefully draw the air in.
