PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sesame-containing liquid seasoning easily producible, excellent in flavor balance while having strong feeling of sesame flavor, and having excellent flavor suppressed in sweet taste remaining behind.SOLUTION: This liquid seasoning includes (A)-(D) ingredients as follows: (A) sesame, (B) white sugar, (C) one kind or more of sugar selected from yellow soft sugar, Chuzaratou (coarse crystal medium soft sugar), and Ganmitsutou (non-centrifugal sugar), and (D) 0.2-0.5 mass% of glutamic acid or its salt, in terms of glutamic acid.
