PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide gel-like food with little unevenness in the appearance even when being subjected to retort sterilization and containing a seed component for food and a milk component imparting a smooth texture.SOLUTION: The gel-like food contains 3-10 mass% of the seed component for food, the milk component and a gelling agent.
