Provided is a food containing milk ceramide that solves the problems of sedimentation and non-uniformity within the food. Also provided is a process for producing the food. Milk ceramide is transformed into a paste and added to a food. In this manner, it become possible to add 0.3-10.0% of milk ceramide to a good homogeneously without causing precipitation. Thus, a food can be provided, which contains milk ceramide homogenously in such an amount that cannot be achieved by conventional techniques without causing sedimentation.本發明提供含有高含量之消除了沉澱及食品內不均勻性的牛奶神經醯胺之食品及其製造方法。將牛奶神經醯胺糊狀化後摻合於食品,可不發生沉澱均勻地將0.3%~10.0%之牛奶神經醯胺添加至食品裡。因此可提供不發生沉澱,均勻地含有以往所達不到的牛奶神經醯胺含量之食品類。
