PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair cosmetic composition by which foamy hair cosmetic can be easily offered, and hair can be dyed or decolored/destained quickly and easily without color irregularities.SOLUTION: A hair cosmetic is used in admixture with a plurality of agents at the time of use. The agents comprises: a divalent metal salt other than a carbonate an alkali agent a carbonate an oxidant and an acid of which amount decomposing a part or all of the oxidant and the carbonate is offered. At least an agent including the alkali agent and the carbonate, and an agent including the acid are differently prepared.
