This invention provides the 2nd agent for hair treatment agents which can mix blend a 1st agent and a 2nd agent favorably, and can improve the adhesiveness to the hair of the obtained mixture agent. The 2nd agent for hair treatment agents of this invention is multimodal formulation which contains the 1st agent which does not contain or contains an oxidizing dye, and also contains the 1st agent containing an alkali chemicals, and the 2nd agent containing an oxidizing agent.
