The present invention relates to a pig feed, a pig farming method using the same, and pork produced thereby. The pig farming method comprises the following steps. Pigs are fed with a conventional feed up to 60 days prior to slaughter, after which the pigs are switched onto a pig feed comprising 18-22 kg of a regular pig feed such as NongHyup feed, 5 g of rice bran produced from polishing high-calcium rice, and 20 g of ionized calcium powder produced from calcining oyster shell waste. At the same time the pigs are free-fed on calcium nutrient water, wherein the calcium nutrient water is prepared by blending 3 g of ionized calcium powder produced from calcining oyster shell waste in 18-22 liters of water until the water reaches a pH of 7.4-8.5, and further blending therein 1 g of coarse salt and 10 g of radish leaf powder produced from drying and pulverizing radish leaves to 150-200 mesh.본 발명은 도축하기 60일 이전까지 종래의 사료를 먹이며 돼지를 사육하고, 이후에는, 농협사료와 같은 일반적인 양돈 사료 (18~22)kg에, 고칼슘 쌀을 도정하여 만든 미강 5g과, 폐각을 소성하여 만든 이온화 칼슘 분말 20g를 혼합한 사료를 먹이면서, 물 (18~22)ℓ에 폐각을 소성하여 만든 이온화칼슘 분말 3g을 풀어서 PH 7.4 ~ 8.5이 되도록 하고, 여기에 무청을 건조한 후 150~200메쉬로 분쇄하여 만든 무청분말 10g과, 왕소금 1g을 풀은 칼슘영양수를 자유급식하는 것이 특징인 돼지 사료, 돼지 사육 방법, 및 돼지고기이다.
