PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing dried powder of an earthworm by which the dried powder of the earthworm containing an enzyme having a high titer can be produced while removing toxic substances contained in the earthworm body.SOLUTION: There is provided the method for producing the dried powder of the earthworm including bringing a raw earthworm into contact with a chloride of at least one metal selected from the group consisting of potassium, sodium, magnesium and calcium, then bringing the raw earthworm into contact with a powdery hydroxycarboxylic acid, carrying out dilution with water to adjust pH to 2-5, maintaining the raw earthworm for 3-180 min, subsequently washing the raw earthworm with water, grinding the washed raw earthworm, and freeze-drying the resultant ground material.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】ミミズ体内に含まれている有害物質を除去しながら、高い力価の酵素を含むミミズ乾燥粉末を製造することのできるミミズ乾燥粉末の製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】生ミミズをカリウム、ナトリウム、マグネシウムおよびカルシウムからなる群から選ばれる少なくとも1種の金属の塩化物と接触させ、その後、粉末状ヒドロキシカルボン酸と生ミミズとを接触させ、水で希釈してpH2~5に調整し、3~180分間保持した後、生ミミズを水洗し、摩砕し、得られた摩砕物を凍結乾燥することを特徴とするミミズ乾燥粉末の製造方法である。【選択図】なし
