PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder composition for a batter liquid in which a binding property of an ingredient material and a batter is favorable, and a soft and juicy fry food product can be obtained.SOLUTION: Provided is a powder composition for a batter liquid that includes desiccation egg white, desiccation egg yolk, and fat modified starch.
