PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a capsule agent having, as a content fluid, a substance obtained by suspension/dispersion of powder in a substrate oil and exhibiting good in vivo absorbability.SOLUTION: A substance obtained by putting powder in a substrate oil followed by wet-grinding and fine powderization is encapsulated as it is as a content fluid.
