PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a minimal soft capsule obtained by a rotary die method with a volume of 0.2 cm3 or less, and containing oily liquid and hardly oil soluble powder dispersed in the oily liquid as the contained liquid.SOLUTION: The rotary die type minimal soft capsule comprises: a contained liquid including an oily liquid and a hardly oil soluble powder dispersed in the oily liquid a coating with a hydrophilic polymer as the principle component and an internal volume of 0.2 cm3 or less.
