PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a practical method for artificially culturing Lyophyllum shimeji in which commercial production is made possible and to provide a culture medium.SOLUTION: A mixed medium for artificially culturing Lyophyllum shimeji is prepared by adding and mixing a medium containing corn and sawdust with a small amount of wheats and/or rices. The method for artificially culturing Lyophyllum shimeji comprises inoculating the mixed medium with Lyophyllum shimeji in a moist condition and culturing Lyophyllum shimeji and generating the fruit body of Lyophyllum shimeji by using the medium. The present invention enables culture and production of Lyophyllum shimeji in better yield, compared with a case in which corn and sawdust are used as the medium by using a solid culture medium obtained by adding and mixing a small amount of wheats and/or rices with inexpensive corn and sawdust which are main components.COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT【課題】 商業的生産が可能なホンシメジの実用的な人工栽培法と培地を提供する。【解決手段】トウモロコシ及びおが屑を含有する培地に少量の麦類及び/又は米類を添加混合し調製したホンシメジの人工栽培用混合培地。この培地を使用し、該混合培地を水湿潤状態においてホンシメジを接種培養後、子実体を発生させることを特徴とするホンシメジ の人工栽培方法に関するものである。本発明により、安価なトウモロコシとおが屑を主体とし、これに少量の麦類及び/又は米類を添加混合させた固形培養基を用いることにより、トウモロコシとおが屑を培地として使用した場合より収率よくホンシメジを栽培生産することが可能である。【選択図】なし
