PURPOSE: A fructo-oligosaccharide syrup composition is provided to offer a stabilized fructo-oligosaccharide syrup composition without white turbidity generation. CONSTITUTION: A fructo-oligosaccharide syrup composition contains 60-90wt% of fructo-oligosaccharide and 5-20wt% of glucose. The sweetness of the fructo-oligosaccharide syrup composition is 72-78Brix.
