The present invention relates to a cultivation method including: a screening step in which groundnuts to sprout are selected by being dried for seven days in a selective screening space； a peeling step in which the groundnuts selected in the screening step are peeled in a low-temperature warehouse that has a temperature of 10 to 15 degrees Celsius； a drying step in which the groundnuts peeled in the peeling step are dried until reaching an appropriate drying moisture content； a soaking step in which the groundnuts dried in the drying step are washed with flowing water and are soaked at a room temperature； a sprout cultivation step in which the groundnuts soaked in the soaking step are distributed to chambers and chitosan water is sprayed for two to three days at a time interval of one hour to two hours； and a cultivation stabilization step in which chitosan water is sprayed for three to four days at a time interval of five to seven hours onto the groundnut sprouts sprouting through the sprout cultivation step. According to the present invention, a high-temperature and humid environment can be created without the use of any growth promoting agent and sterilizer and high-quality groundnut sprouts can be produced within a short period of time.본 발명은, 땅콩을 조건부선별 공간에서 7일간 건조하여 발아시킬 땅콩을 선별하는 선별단계； 상기 선별단계에서 선별된 땅콩을 10~15℃의 저온창고에서 탈피하는 탈피단계； 상기 탈피단계에서 탈피된 땅콩은 적정 건조 함수비가 될 때까지 건조하는 건조단계； 상기 건조단계에서 건조된 땅콩을 흐르는 물에 세척하여, 상온에서 땅콩을 불리는 불림단계； 상기 불림 단계에서 불려진 땅콩을 챔버에 분배하여, 1~2시간 간격으로 키토산 물을 2~3일간 살수하는 새싹 재배단계； 상기 새싹 재배단계를 거친 발아된 땅콩새싹에 5~7시간 간격으로 키토산 물을 3~4일간 살수하는 재배 안정단계； 를 포함하는 재배방법에 관한 것으로, 생장촉진제나 살균제를 사용하지 않고, 고온다습한 환경을 조성하여 품질이 우수한 땅콩나물의 단시간 내에 생산할 수 있다.
