PURPOSE: Fermented bee feed using enzymes, and a producing method thereof are provided to improve the breeding speed of honeybees and the productivity of honey. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of fermented bee feed using enzymes comprises the following steps: crushing pollen or pollen substitute(S100)； fermenting the crushed pollen or pollen substitute using the enzymes(S200)； drying the fermented pollen or pollen substitute(S300)； and packaging the dried pollen or pollen substitute(S400). 0.2-4 parts of enzymes by weight is mixed with 100 parts of pollen or pollen substitute by weight. The enzymes are dissolved in water in the concentration of 1-15%, and contain 40-6-wt% of pectinase and 40-60wt% of endoprotease.효소를 이용하여 발효시킨 꿀벌용 발효화분 배합사료 및 이의 제조방법이 개시된다. 이를 위하여 화분 또는 대용화분으로 이루어진 화분군을 분쇄하는 분쇄단계와, 분쇄된 화분군을 효소처리하여 발효시키는 발효단계, 및 발효된 화분군을 건조시키는 건조단계를 포함하는 효소를 이용한 꿀벌용 발효화분 배합사료의 제조방법을 제공한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 효소를 사용하여 발효기간이 단축되므로, 효소가 미 첨가된 상태로 발효과정을 거치는 기존의 꿀벌용 발효화분 배합사료보다 생산성이 개선되며, 소화흡수율이 향상된다.
