FIELD: food industry.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. Composition of a mixture based on plant seeds, containing heat-treated biologically active plant components and auxiliary constituents, is proposed, with sesame, flax, sunflower and pumpkin seeds being used as bioactive components with the following ratio of components, % by wt.: sesame 2.4–19 flax 2.6–29 sunflower 36–81 pumpkin 4.2–31, and as an auxiliary component, grape seed oil, turmeric, soy sauce, hemp seeds and algae with the possibility of a homogeneous or heterogeneous spatial distribution of components in the substance are used with the following ratio of components, % by wt.: grape seed oil 0.74–1.2 turmeric 0.14–0.52 soy sauce 1.5–2.4 hemp seeds 1.5–2.4 algae – the rest. Method for producing a mixture composition based on plant seeds, including cleaning from impurities of components used and drying, selection of their quantities in the range from the upper to the lower limit, mixing and heat treatment, with sesame seeds being mixed with flax, poured onto the cooker heated to a temperature in the range of 220 °C – 250 °C, maintained for 5–15 minutes and brought to a temperature in the range of 95 °C – 115 °C for 10–25 minutes, sunflower seeds are added, the mixture is again brought to a temperature in the range of 95 °C – 115 °C for 15–25 minutes, pumpkin seeds are added, and the mixture is again brought to a temperature in the range of 95 °C – 115 °C for 5–15 minutes, then the mixture is poured into the mixer, grape seed oil is added, then turmeric, then soy sauce, everything is mixed and glazing of the mixture is produced at a temperature in the range of 45°C–75°C for 5–15 minutes, then the whole mixture is again poured on the cooker, brought to a temperature in the range of 95 °C – 115 °C for 10–25 minutes, and cooled on the baking trays under the fan to room temperature, then hemp seeds and algae are added into the cooled mixture, after which the mixture is again mixed until it reache
