PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a small heating device for browning the outer peripheral surface of a tube-like food material such as a fish sausage.SOLUTION: The small heating device includes: a conveyer that conveys a spit with the tube-like food material rolled thereon in a direction orthogonal to the length direction of the spit while supporting the spit freely rotatably centering on the axis of the spit and an endless heating belt 104 that has a traveling section 106 extending in the conveyance direction of the spit.
