PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device for molding a food product, which allows the food product to be reliably rolled up to form into a neat shape.SOLUTION: A molding part 5 for molding a rolled food product into a rod shape includes: a rolling mat 6 which rolls up the food product when folded up； lifters 7 and 8 which linearly advance to fold up the rolling mat； and a slide base 9 which moves the rolling mat 6. The rolling mat 6 includes a fixation plate 60, a first and a second rotary plate 61 and 62 which are rotatably connected to both sides of the fixation plate, and a third rotary plate 63 which is rotatably connected to one of the first or the second rotary plate. Each of the first, the second, and the third rotary plate is rotatable independently. In an aspect of rolling up the food product with the rolling mat 6, the drive part of the slide base 9 allows one of the first or the second rotary plate to come in contact with the lifter so as to retighten the food product.
