PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molding method of a folded food product capable of performing stable folding molding, and to provide molding equipment therefor.SOLUTION: There is provided molding equipment 1 of a folded food product in which a folding inner material is wrapped with a flat skin material.
