PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a soft chewable drug vehicle having a good taste for delivery of pharmaceutically acceptable active ingredients, such as drugs for subject animals or persons.SOLUTION: A method comprises blending flavor； binder； filler； humectant； and a dry component comprising starch without heating to produce a dry mixture having at least one pharmaceutical active object homogeneously blended in it； adding an oil into the dry mixture, and blending it without heating to form the mixture comprising the oil, the dry component, and the pharmaceutical active object； blending a paraffin wax or polyethylene glycol into the mixture to prevent from adhering among soft chews after molding； and molding this mixture into soft chews without using extrusion, and wherein 15 to 50 percent of the soft chews is constructed from starch.【課題】被験動物または被験者に対する薬物等の薬学的に許容される活性成分の送達のための味が良くて柔らかく咀嚼可能な薬剤ビヒクルを製造する方法の提供。【解決手段】香料；結合剤；充填剤；湿潤剤；およびデンプンを含む乾燥した成分とを加熱することなくブレンドして、その中に均一にブレンドされた少なくとも１つの薬学的活性物を有する乾燥した混合物を生成する工程；油を乾燥した混合物に添加し、加熱することなくブレンドして、油、乾燥した成分、薬学的活性物を含む混合物を形成する工程；パラフィンワックスまたはポリエチレングリコールを混合物にブレンドしソフトチュー同士が成型後に固着するのを防ぐ工程；この混合物を押出しを用いることなくソフトチューに成形する工程を含み、デンプンが、ソフトチューの１５ないし５０パーセントを構成するものである方法。【選択図】なし
