The present invention relates to a walking frame and, more specifically, to a walking frame for helping standing and sitting of a user. The present invention comprises a frame supporting a body of the user and a handle installed in the frame. The frame comprises an up and down unit installed to adjust an up and down space between the handle and the ground； and a fixed supporting unit supporting the up and down unit. According to the present invention, the walking frame can help the standing and sitting of the user, thereby reducing the burden of body delivered to the user while standing and sitting.
