摘要:
The present invention relates to a cooked rice package for kimbap and, more particularly, to a cooked rice package for kimbap, comprising: a rice sheet obtained by thinly spreading cooked rice, which is used as a kimbap material, such that the same is given the shape of a flat plate with a predetermined thickness; a packaging container for packaging the rice sheet while maintaining the shape thereof; and a vacuum-packaging cover thermally attached to seal the upper surface of the packaging container. Accordingly, cooked rice for kimbap can be circulated separately from other filling materials, thereby substantially extending the expiration date of the kimbap. When kimbap is to be manually prepared and eaten, the whole container is heated, and then the rice sheet is simply placed above an unfolded seaweed, thereby easily forming a layer of cooked rice with a predetermined thickness above the seaweed. As such, people from all walks of life can prepare and eat kimbap easily and conveniently without any special knowhow or skill to thinly spread a rated amount of cooked rice at a predetermined thickness. The present invention comprises: a rice sheet (2) obtained by thinly spreading cooked rice, which is used as a kimbap material, such that the same is given the shape of a flat plate with a predetermined thickness; a packaging container (3) for packaging the rice sheet (2) while maintaining the shape thereof, the packaging container (3) having a rice sheet insertion portion (3a) formed therein and given the same shape as that of the rice sheet (2), and the packaging container (3) having a cover attachment flange portion (3b) formed on the edge portion of the upper surface thereof; and a vacuum-packaging cover (4) thermally attached to the cover attachment flange portion (3b) so as to seal the upper surface of the packaging container (3). A groove shaping protrusion (5) is formed at the center portion of the inner surface of the packaging container so as to concavely form
