PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing an impregnated food rich in versatility by an easy method.
SOLUTION: This method for producing a combined food comprises impregnating a porous food material with a liquid food material. The method comprises impregnating the porous food material with the liquid food material at &ge5G acceleration in a condition of bringing both the food materials into contact with each other, and separating the porous food material and the remaining liquid food material from each other at <5G acceleration. Thus, it is possible to produce the impregnated food rich in versatility by a further easy method.
