A waterjet coffee roaster capable of transferring coffee beans back and forth according to the present invention allows water to enter the interior of a drum by directly connecting a connection hose and a hot air inlet and therein a water jetting device is separated at the end of the connection to the connection hose, not directly connected to the coffee roaster heated up. A hose of the water jetting device is connected to the interior of the coffee roaster and the shape of a net in the interior of the drum is modified. In addition, only the shape of the net is modified and an automatic switch is separately positioned in the interior of the detachable drum so as to enable a user to jet water easily.
