The present invention relates to a roasting drum of a coffee roaster, in which green beans are roasted into coffee beans and a direct roasting method is employed. More particularly, the present invention relates to a roasting drum of a coffee roaster, in which an electric heater, which is a heating means, is disposed inside the roasting drum a heat reflection plate for dispersing thermal energy in a horizontal direction and a reflection plate for dispersing thermal energy in a vertical direction are disposed to allow thermal energy to be uniformly dispersed inside the drum and multiple stirring blades fixed to an inner circumferential surface of the drum are disposed and fastened like a screw in a smoothly rounded shape, and thus green beans are roasted while moving in left/right directions along a rotation direction of the roasting drum.본 발명은 생두를 원두로 로스팅하되 직접적인 직화(直火) 로스팅 방식을 추구하는 커피 로스터의 로스팅 드럼에 관한 것이다. 특히, 본 발명은 로스팅 드럼의 내측에 가열수단인 전열 히터를 설치하되, 수평방향으로 열에너지를 분산시키는 열반사판과 수직방향으로 열에너지를 분산시키는 반사판을 설치하여 드럼 내측에서 균일한 열에너지가 확산될 수 있도록 하고, 드럼 내주면에 고정되는 다수의 교반 블레이드를 설치하되 스크루의 형태로 부드럽게 라운드진 형태로 체결하여 로스팅 드럼의 회전방향에 따라 생두가 좌방향과 우방향으로 이동하면서 로스팅될 수 있도록 한 커피 로스터의 로스팅 드럼에 관한 것이다.
