PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simply attachable absorbent article, not requiring any special knowledge and special tool, and besides not requiring an expensive tool.
SOLUTION: An absorber 3 is interposed between the inner surface of a liquid impermeable back sheet 2 and a liquid permeable top sheet 1, and an outer sheet 12 is stacked on the outer surface side of the liquid impermeable back sheet 2. A square through-hole 14 is provided to penetrate through the liquid permeable top sheet 1, the absorber 3, the liquid impermeable back sheet 2 and the outer sheet 12, respectively. A urine storing bag 16 for storing urine is installed at portions of the liquid impermeable back sheet 2 and the outer sheet 12 corresponding to the through-hole 14. Each one end of two urine introducing materials 18, 20 are bonded to the peripheral part of the through-hole 14 on the liquid permeable top sheet 1. The urine introducing materials 18, 20 are respectively extended into the urine storing bag 16, and the other ends thereof are located in the urine storing bag 16.
