PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article having clear designs and patterns on a surface.SOLUTION: An absorbent article extending in a longitudinal direction includes: a liquid permeable top sheet provided on one side in a thickness direction of the absorbent article a liquid impermeable or water-repellent back sheet provided on the other side in the thickness direction an absorber interposed between them and a liquid permeable second sheet interposed between the top sheet and the absorber.
