The first bar may comprise a guideline with an elongated gap formed therein. The second bar may comprise a guide having at least one tang interposed within the elongated gap of the first bar, such that the first bar and the second bar are rotationally and slidably connected with each other about the tang. An end of the first bar and an opposing end of the second bar may comprise shaped bearings configured for bony elements of the spine. The first and second bar may be movable relative to each other between an open position and a closed position.La présente invention concerne un dispositif intervertébral dynamique de décharge constitué de deux barres (1, 2) coopérant l'une avec l'autre, chacune se terminant d'un côté par un palier formé (3, 4) destiné à des formations osseuses de la colonne vertébrale. L'une des barres (1, 2) est pourvue d'une formation guidée (5), l'autre d'une formation de guidage (6). En outre, la première barre (1, 2) est pourvue d'au moins une languette (7) située dans l'intervalle profilé correspondant (8) de l'autre barre (2, 1), assurant une coopération par rotation et par coulissement en rotation entre les barres (1, 2) qui se croisent lorsque le dispositif est en position ouverte. Le dispositif est équipé d'un mécanisme bloquant le mouvement de rotation des barres (1, 2) en position fermée.
