Disclosed herein is a pharmaceutical composition comprising an amide derivative of the compound of formula I, known as poziotinib (1-[4-[4-(3,4-dichloro-2-fluoroanilino)-7-methoxyquinazolin-6-yl]oxypiperidin-1-yl]prop-2-en-1-one) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and a non-metallic salt lubricant.
