PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a dementia prevention system capable of training (presentation of question) for preventing progression of dementia according to symptom and seriousness of respective subjects.SOLUTION: The dementia prevention system for presenting questions used for training for preventing dementia includes: data storage means (30) that stores a question database (33) which sorts subjects into groups on the basis of progression of dementia for managing information relevant to questions for each of the groups； and control means (11) that determines questions to be presented to a subject. The control means determines questions to be presented to a subject based on the group to which the subject is sorted while referring to the question database and presents the same.【課題】各被験者の症状と重症度に応じた、認知症の進行防止のためのトレーニング（問題の提示）を可能とする認知症予防システムを提供する。【解決手段】認知症を予防するためのトレーニングに用いる問題を提示する認知症予防システムは、認知症の進行に関して被験者をグループ分けし、当該グループ毎に問題に関する情報を管理する問題データベース（３３）を格納するデータ記憶手段（３０）と、被験者に提示する問題を決定する制御手段（１１）と、を備える。制御手段は、問題データベースを参照して、被験者が属するグループに基づいて被験者に提示する問題を決定し、提示する。【選択図】図１
