PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accurately follow a walking action of a walking trainee.SOLUTION: A walking training device includes: a support carriage that moves while supporting a walking trainee； foot position detection means for detecting the position of the foot of the walking trainee； control means for executing control to cause the support carriage to move by a preset amount following a walking action of the walking trainee； and input means to which information on whether or not to permit the movement of the support carriage is input.
