CONSTITUTION: A vegetation mat comprises the following: a base layer(10) formed with a biodegradable fiber sheet； a vegetation composition coating layer(20) formed with a vegetation composition including minerals having positive ion exchange capacity, moisture absorbing polymers, and coating producing polymers； a plant seed layer(30) including plant seeds attached to the vegetation composition coating layer； a plant seed protecting layer(40) formed with the biodegradable fiber sheet laminated on the plant seed layer； and a vegetation net layer(50) formed with a natural fiber net laminated on the plant seed protecting layer.본 발명은 생분해성 섬유의 시트로 이루어진 베이스층； 상기 베이스층의 일면에 적층되고, 양이온교환능력을 가진 광물, 수분 흡수성 고분자, 및 피막 형성용 고분자를 포함하는 식생용 조성물로 이루어진 식생조성물 코팅층； 상기 식생조성물 코팅층 상에 부착되고, 식물 종자를 포함하는 식물종자층； 상기 식물종자층 위에 적층되고, 생분해성 섬유의 시트로 이루어진 식물종자 보호층； 및 상기 식물종자 보호층 위에 적층되고, 천연 섬유의 네트로 이루어진 식생네트층；을 포함하는 식생매트를 제공한다.본 발명에 따른 식생매트는 수분 흡수율, 양이온교환용량, 수분 보유력이 우수하여 식물 종자 발아 후 지속적으로 양분과 수분을 공급하고 식물 생육을 촉진하며 절토사면이나 성토사면을 신속하고 안정적으로 녹화시킬 수 있다.
