PURPOSE: A constructing method of vegetation mats is provided to rapidly discharge ground surface water by installing a porous layer for circulating air or water among the vegetation mats. CONSTITUTION: A constructing method of vegetation mats comprises the following steps: closely locating the vegetation mats with plants； locating fiber porous layers among vegetation mats； and fixing both ends of a towing line of the vegetation mats to the ground. The fiber porous layers are produced with crushed natural fibers or twisted natural fibers. The vegetation mats include upper nets(110) and lower nets located on the upper and lower sides of a vegetation base material(130), and the towing line combining with the lower nets.본 발명은 식생매트 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 식물이 식재되어 내부에 뿌리가 활착된 상태로 출하된 식생매트를 서로 인접하게 배치하는 단계와； 상기 복수개의 식생매트 사이에 파쇄된 천연섬유 또는 꼬여진 천연섬유에 의해 형성되어 이웃한 식생매트에서 생육된 식물의 뿌리가 활착될 수 있는 공극을 갖는 섬유공극층을 배치하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 따른 식생매트 시공방법은 시공시 식생매트의 테두리영역에 섬유공극층이 배치되어 식생매트에서 생육된 식물의 뿌리가 빠르게 활착되도록 한다. 또한, 섬유공극층을 통해 물과 공기가 유통될 수 있어 지표수가 빠르게 유출되면서 활착된 식물의 뿌리에 의해 여과되도록 한다.
