PURPOSE: A planting method is provided to prevent soil the loss of the slope surface and damage of seed lines by using a vegetation mat where the seed lines with fixed tensile force are combined to a jute net in a grid structure. CONSTITUTION: A jute net is manufactured by overlapping and twisting at least one thread including jute yarns among the jute yarns, PLA(poly lactic acid) yarns, and PE yarns in a grid structure. Seed lines(24) are manufactured by mixing bed soil 65-75 wt%, a booster 10-16 wt%, a moisturizer 5-10 wt%, a fertilizer 5-10 wt%, and seeds, and wrapping the mixture with paper pulp. The seed lines are combined to the jute net where the adjacent seed lines are bound with a fixed interval. Vegetation mats(20), where the seed lines are combined to the jute net, are covered on the slope(10). The vegetation mats are fixed to the slope with fixing means(30). Fertilizer(40) is scattered on top of the vegetation mats. Seeds mixed with cladding(50), where fiber-rich roughage, leaf mold, a synthetic binder, pigment, and water are mixed, are coated on the upper side of the fertilizer. The step of covering the vegetative mats is conducted by covering the slope with the vegetation mats, which are cut longer than the vertical length of the slope, while another vegetation mat is overlapped in a connecting part to the adjacent vegetation mat by a fixed width. In the step of seeding and coating, roughage 30-50 wt%, leaf mold 7-12 wt%, the synthetic binder 2-4 wt%, pigment 0.05-0.1 wt%, and water 30-60 wt% are mixed.
