PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for reducing sliminess of a skin upon rinsing and a tense feeling of the skin after cleaning, and reducing remnant of a cleaning agent containing a surfactant to foods (e.g. vegetables and fruits) and a dish by suppressing adsorption and accumulation of the cleaning agent to the skin, hair, the foods (e.g. vegetables and fruits) and a hard surface of the dish or the like.SOLUTION: A sophorolipid is used together with the surfactant.
