PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a molded food with ingredients and a manufacturing method therefor, capable of molding or the like by a bar molding machine without passing a process of heating for improvement of shape retention, and capable of sufficiently supplying a protein component while containing various ingredients such as cereals or dried fruits.SOLUTION: A molded food with ingredients contains granular and/or flaky ingredients, a protein powder adhered to a surface of the ingredients and a carbohydrate solution for binding each ingredient of the ingredients to which the protein powder is adhered each other together with the protein powder, and is molded to a prescribed shape without burning.
