PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary absorbent article which can temporarily stock a body fluid, which can quickly absorb a body fluid, and prevent efficiently, leakage of the body fluid.SOLUTION: A sanitary absorbent article 1 comprises: an absorber 4 containing a high absorbent polymer 41 and a second sheet 5 on a skin facing surface side of the absorber 4. The second sheet 5 comprises a water soluble hemagglutination agent 8. A skin side adhesion agent 11U is arranged between a surface sheet 2 and the second sheet 5, and the surface sheet 2 and a skin facing surface of the second sheet 5 are partially fixed.
