The cover sheet (5) further includes a middle region (41) that is attached to the non-facing surface (2a) along the width direction (B) of an inseam part (6), and lateral regions (42) that are disposed at the two outer sides of the middle region (41), respectively, and are not attached to the non-facing surface (2a). The lateral region (42) includes at least one trough part (36) and also one ridge part (34) that is disposed further outside in the width direction (B) than the trough part (36).
