PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an instant food capable of restoring and eating by pouring hot water such as a commercial instant food in a cup and being different from a regular instant food in a cup and discarding no container and reducing a volume of a discarded packaging material to the utmost.SOLUTION: In the packed instant food capable of cooking an instant food in a package so that hot water is poured from an opening to the package by opening an easily-opening cap of the opening, the easily-opening cap of the opening is a sheet, a flat flange section along the whole periphery of the opening is provided on the opening of the package, the flange section is glued on the sheet-like easily-opening cap of the opening. The package is made of a deep-drawn soft packaging material, the instant food is enclosed in the package by deaerating and packaging the instant food.
