The present invention relates to a device for producing dumplings by placing a dumpling filling on a dumpling skin supplied from a dumpling molding apparatus (1) which includes a hopper (2), a mixer (3), and a transporter (4). Specifically, the device comprises: a frame (10) which includes a molding frame (13) made of a pair of driving units (11, 12), wherein the driving units (11, 12) bring molding grooves (11a, 12a) in close contact with each other, and are disposed horizontally facing each other while receiving a dumpling skin having a dumpling filling placed thereon from the transporter (4)； a driving means (20) which is disposed in connection with the molding frame (13) of the frame (10) to rotate the driving units (11, 12) so as to mold dumplings； a transport unit (30) which is disposed in proximity to the molding frame (13) of the frame (10), and receives a rotational force from the driving means (20) to transport the produced dumplings to the outside； and a replacement means (40) provided at a lower portion of the frame (10) to attach and detach the frame (10) to and from the dumpling molding apparatus (1). Accordingly, the present invention prevents breakage due to adhesiveness of dumplings during the process of automatic molding of dumplings； improves reliability of mechanical operation and durability, as well as promotes ease of maintenance and repair； and enables convenient repair and replacement, etc. by enabling a convenient replacement of the frame from the device. Such convenience of replacement enables the device to produce dumplings having various forms from the molding frame, and to improve production rate as well.
