The present invention provides tofu baked in an ocher kiln which does not have off-taste and off-odor, contains chicken breast and increases protein content and preference. The tofu baked in an ocher kiln comprises tofu of 80 to 100 parts by weight, chicken breast of 5 to 8 parts by weight, garlic of 0.5 to 2 parts by weight and ginger of 0.5 to 1 parts by weight. Also, a manufacturing method of tofu baked in an ocher kiln comprises the following steps of: forming a mixture by mixing the tofu, the chicken breast, the garlic and the ginger； adding the mixture into soy sauce, solidifying, compressing and cutting； and baking the cut mixture in an ocher kiln.본 발명은 두부 80 내지 100 중량부, 닭 가슴살 5 내지 8 중량부, 마늘 0.5 내지 2 중량부 및 생강 0.5 내지 1 중량부를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토가마에 구운 두부를 제공한다.또한, 본 발명은 두부, 닭 가슴살, 마늘 및 생강을 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하는 단계, 상기 혼합물을 간장에 첨가하여 응고시킨 후 압착하여 절단하는 단계 및 상기 절단된 혼합물을 황토가마에서 굽는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 황토가마에 구운 두부의 제조방법을 제공한다.
