The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a multicolored tofu, and more particularly, to a method for manufacturing a multicolored tofu, wherein the tofu has layers of different colors, wherein additives in each layer vary to provide various visual effects and tastes. To this end, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a multicolored tofu including the following steps: a first filling step of adding a coagulating agent and a natural coloring matter into a whole soy milk made of a boiled fresh soy milk to fill a container with the whole soy milk； a second filling step of filling a portion on the coagulated tofu with the whole soy milk added with the coagulating agent and the natural coloring matter again； and a final filling step of filling a portion on the coagulated tofu from the second filling step with the whole soy milk added with the coagulating agent and the natural coloring matter again.본 발명은 다색층 두부 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, 더욱 상세하게는 두부 한모에 다색층을 이루어 각 층마다 색상, 첨가물을 달리하여 시각적,, 미각적 다양함을 갖춘 다색층 두부 제조방법에 관한 것이다.상기한 목적을 달성하기 위한 본 발명은 각 층마다 다른 색을 띄는 다색층 두부 제조방법에 있어서, 생두유를 끓인 온두유에 응고제와 천연색소를 첨가하여 용기에 충진하는 1차 충진 공정과, 응고된 두부의 상부에 응고제와 천연색소를 첨가한 온두유를 다시 충진하는 재차 충진 공정과, 상기 재차 충진 공정을 통하여 응고된 두부의 상부에 응고제와 천연색소를 첨가한 온두유를 다시 충진하는 마감 충진 공정으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다.
