PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oily confectionery having excellent smooth intraoral feeling containing an organic acid using juice powder, dry fruits, acidulant or others.SOLUTION: In the oily confectionery containing the organic acid, before refining, 0.1 to 1.0 wt.% of one kind or two kinds or more of emulsifiers selected from a sucrose fatty acid ester and a glycerine fatty acid ester with HLB of 7 or less are added for example.
