PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a non-sugar gum having a sufficient quantity of a flavor substance applied on a surface thereof, wherein a flavor is expressed right from the beginning of chewing the gum.SOLUTION: A method for producing a non-sugar gum comprises: a step of producing a chewing gum by mixing a gum base with a sugar and a flavor and a step of applying the chewing gum with powder and then rolling the resultant gum. The step of rolling the chewing gum comprises applying a flavor substance other than the powder, wherein the flavor substance is favorably applied on the chewing gum before the powder is applied thereon.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
