The present disclosure relates to a method of manufacturing a powder composition for scorched-rice water and a powder composition for scorched-rice water manufactured thereby, capable of supplying balanced nutrients while improving delicate taste of scorched-rice water. According to the present invention, the method comprises the following steps of: cooking rice for scorched-rice water, roasting the rice for scorched-rice water to manufacturing scorched-rice, and then drying the scorched-rice at a moisture content of 10 to 13% to prepared dried scorched-rice drying raw grains mixing rice, glutinous brown rice, white bean, green flesh black bean, broken rice, adlay, and sorghum in a predetermined ratio at a moisture content of 15 to 18% to prepare dried grains drying barley at a moisture content of 5 to 10%, pulverizing the dried barley into a first particle size of a diameter of 0.5 to 1 mm, and puffing the pulverized barley to prepare the puffed barley pulverizing the dried scorched-rice into a second particle size greater than the first particle size, and pulverizing the dried grains into a third particle size greater than the first particle size and less than the second particle size and mixing 50 wt% of a mixture of the pulverized dried grains and the puffed barley with 50 wt% of the pulverized dried scorched-rice.본 개시(Disclosure)는, 숭늉용 가루 조성물 제조방법 및 이에 의해 제조된 숭늉용 가루 조성물에 관한 것으로서, 본 개시는, 누룽지용 밥을 짓고, 상기 누룽지용 밥을 가열 소성하여 누룽지를 제조한 후, 상기 누룽지를 함수율 10~13%로 건조하여 건조 누룽지를 준비하는 단계 쌀, 찹쌀 현미, 흰콩, 서리태, 싸래기, 율무 및 수수가 설정된 비율로 혼합된 생 곡물을 함수율 15~18%로 건조하여 건조 곡물을 준비하는 단계 보리쌀을 함수율 5~10%로 건조한 후, 직경 0.5~1mm의 제1 입도를 가지도록 분쇄한 후 퍼핑(puffing) 시켜 제조된 퍼핑 보리를 준비하는 단계 상기 건조 누룽지를 상기 제1 입도보다 큰 제2 입도로 분쇄하고, 상기 건조 곡물을 상기 제1 입도보다 크고 상기 제2 입도보다 작은 제3 입도로 분쇄하는 분쇄 단계 및 분쇄된 상기 건조 곡물 및 상기 퍼핑 보리의 혼합물과, 분쇄된 상기 건조 누룽지를 각각 50중량%로 혼합하는 단계:를 포함하는 숭늉용 가루 조성물 제조방법을 제1 발명으로 제공한다.
