A container-packed carbonated beverage is produced by a method including: a step in which a vegetable protein and a fruit juice including a vegetable polyphenol are mixed and a mixed liquid is obtained; and a step in which carbon dioxide gas is caused to be included in the mixed liquid such that the gas pressure inside the container is 2.0-4.0 kg/cm2.
