The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of tea using bean-curd dregs, and more specifically, to a manufacturing method of tea using bean-curd dregs which comprises the following steps: extracting bean-curd dregs from soybeans； drying the extracted bean-curd dregs at 50 to 70°C for 8 to 15 hours； roasting the dried bean-curd dregs； and cooling the roasted bean-curd dregs. According to the preset invention, users can easily intake various nutrients contained in soybeans by only drinking the tea. The tea has excellent steeping yield while not having the unique bad smell of soybeans, thereby having high functional palatability.본 발명은 비지를 이용한 차의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 두류로부터 비지를 추출하는 단계와, 상기 추출된 비지를 50~70℃에서 8~15시간 건조하는 단계와, 상기 건조된 비지를 로스팅하는 단계와, 상기 로스팅된 비지를 냉각하는 단계를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 차의 음용만으로 두류의 다양한 영양분을 손쉽게 섭취할 수 있으며, 두류 특유의 비린내가 없으면서도 침출 수율이 우수하여 관능적 기호도가 높다는 장점이 있다.
